Eligibility: To participate in our influencer program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid PayPal account. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet these eligibility criteria or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.

Commission Payments: As an influencer, you'll receive commission payments based on the sales generated through your unique promo code or commission links. Commission rates may vary depending on the products or services being promoted and we reserve the right to adjust commission rates at any time without prior notice. You'll receive commission payments on a monthly basis, provided that your commission balance exceeds the minimum payment threshold of $50 USD. We reserve the right to withhold commission payments for any sales that we suspect are fraudulent or invalid.

Promotion Guidelines: As an influencer, you agree to promote BuyMMOG products or services in a professional and ethical manner. You agree not to engage in any activities that could damage our reputation or brand image, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or misrepresentation of our products or services. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your participation in our influencer program, including but not limited to FTC guidelines for endorsements and testimonials. We reserve the right to review and approve all promotional materials created by you, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, and videos. We also reserve the right to terminate your participation in our program at any time if we suspect that you have violated these

guidelines. Confidentiality: You agree to keep all program-related information confidential and to not disclose it to any third parties without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to your unique promo code, commission rates, and any other information related to your participation in our influencer program.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to our influencer program, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are the exclusive property of BuyMMOG. You agree not to use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to our logo, brand name, and any promotional materials provided to you.

Content Usage Policy: As an influencer participating in the BuyMMOG program, you agree to allow us to use any content created by you related to our services, including but not limited to social media posts, blogs, and videos. We reserve the right to use this content for promotional and marketing purposes, including reposting or sharing on our official social media accounts, website, and other marketing materials.

You acknowledge that you are the sole owner of the content you create, and you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in connection with our business operations. We may modify or adapt the content as necessary to conform to our brand guidelines or to enhance its effectiveness.

You also warrant that any content you create does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to any breach of this warranty.

By joining our influencer program, you agree to the terms and conditions of this content usage policy and grant us permission to use your content. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create any content related to our services.

Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right to modify or terminate our influencer program at any time and for any reason without prior notice. We also reserve the right to reject any application or to terminate any participant's participation in our program for any reason at any time. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted in this agreement.

By participating in our influencer program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BuyMMOG with respect to your participation in our influencer program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and BuyMMOG. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement or your participation in our influencer program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
